Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship exclusively to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). At this time, we do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery is always free of charge. Your package will be sent via a trusted national carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is chosen based on the delivery address and operational factors; you can track your shipment using the link provided in your email.

Transit time: 3–5 business days after dispatch. Please allow a total of 4–7 business days from the moment you click “buy” to delivery.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you do not see the email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Important Notes

  • All delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • We currently only ship within the contiguous United States. Any order placed with a shipping address outside this area will be cancelled and refunded.
  • Any customs duties or additional fees do not apply, as we only ship domestically.
