30 Days to Change Your Mind

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Blundstoone purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the item within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused (tried on indoors only is fine, but no signs of outdoor wear)
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Free from damage that occurred after delivery

Items with Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your product has a material or workmanship flaw, please contact us immediately. Such items are covered under our return policy and will be handled with priority.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@blundstoone.it.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. All returns from within the contiguous United States are free of charge – we cover the return postage, and there are no restocking fees.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original box and affix the label.
  4. Drop the package off at the designated carrier’s location.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal). Please note that it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, simply return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired style or size.
